  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
  1. Time to bake that sweet potato. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, use a fork to puncture holes all around it, then throw in the oven for 25-30 minutes. (I’m sure you could microwave it, but I like the ole fashioned way. I’m just so ole fashioned)
  2. Once your sweet potato is soft and cooked through, peel off the skin and mash it up in a bowl. And turn your oven down to 350 degrees.
  3. Now add your wet ingredients: coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and whisked eggs to the bowl and mix together.
  4. Then add your dry ingredients: coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and chocolate chips.

  6. Pour into an 8×8 glass baking dish
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Let rest to cool a bit.

Christian Denominations

I think it's very sad so many Christians waste their time, mocking/hating other Christians because they come from a different denomination's than themselves. Praise God people are worshiping Him at all, and no maybe they don't do it to your standards or theology, but is that a reason to mock them, where in the Bible does it say mock those who don't pray the same way you do or to call someone evil, of all things because they believe in praising the Lord differently than you. The only one that is EVIL is the devil and his works and I know that whether you are listening to a pastor give a sermon, a priest give a homily, or singing songs of praise (which they do in ALL churches) or just reading from the Bible together as brothers and sisters, the devil, the EVIL is NOT there. Don't you think God finds ALL of His children pleasing when they are worshiping Him? Stop mocking one another over silly things, there are more IMPORTANT things to focus on, like stopping abortion, sharing the word of God, ect. ect! Let us love one another, we don't have to agree to love.

Psalm 150:1-6
Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens! Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness! Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! ...

Bible Verse OTD: Be Happy

Matthew 5:45

So that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil

and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.

Psalm 119:105

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

“People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway. If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway. If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway. For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.”                                                                                                        ― Mother Teresa

“Those who are not looking for happiness are the most likely to find it, because those who are searching forget that the surest way to be happy is to seek happiness for others.”

                                                                                                ― Martin Luther King Jr.

Modest Skirts

Hello dear sisters in Christ, I hope you all are having a very blessed day. Today I wanted to share with you all my opinions on skirt lengths and what I find to be the most modest and biblical

Mini Skirt:
Thigh is defined as "nakedness" in the Bible, in a mini skirt the entire upper leg is exposed which is not only immodest but also a stumbling block to our brothers in Christ.

"You are to make linen undergarments for them to cover their naked flesh, and they are to reach
from the loins to the thighs."  Exodus 28:42
Printed denim mini skirt
Calf Skirt : I find this length to be Biblical and modest.  Make sure however upon sitting that your knees or your thigh is exposed as that would be no better than wearing a mini skirt.

Ankle Length Skirt: My favorite and most modest, and most "Christian looking" in my opinion. remember sisters we are to set apart from the world not striving to look like it.
These are the reasons I like ankle length skirts.

1. A wind could blow, yes I'm being serious I've seen many ladies even in modest skirts been thrown up by a strong gust of wind (which is also why I advice ladies to wear something under there skirts. ) however when a wind blows for me my skirt only tangles around my legs rather than exposing them.

2. I find having my entire leg covered is more modest then just most of. believe it or not women's legs ARE a stumbling block for men and I find it more modest to cover my whole leg.

3. More comfortable: I love ankle length skirts, they are comfy and warm and if worn in cotton they can be very cooling in the summer.

God bless dear sisters I hope this article has blessed you in some way.

I'm Not Comfortable!

Hello dear sisters! Today I wanted to share with you one of the most common excuses regarding why women don't dress modestly "I'm not comfortable". I have heard this over and over, how women aren't comfortable in a skirt or with their shirts rubbing up against their collar bones ect. ect. Let me ask you something dear sisters, was Christ comfortable getting beaten? Was Christ comfortable on the cross? I don't think so, we CAN follow His word whether were afraid of not fitting in or just don't like modest skirts. Now I'm not saying we should intentionally purchase clothing that makes us uncomfortable, and there are many ways to make modest clothing more comfortable (I'll get to that). But our main focus when dressing is:

Is this modest? 1 Timothy 2:9  Likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable
apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire,

How does this reflect on the Lord? Romans 6:1-3  What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?

Will this cause my brothers in Christ to stumble?   1 Corinthians 8:9  But take care that this right of yours does not somehow become a stumbling block to the weak. Matthew 5:28  But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Am I dressed in a flashy attention grabbing style? 1 Timothy 2:10 and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire, but with what is proper for women who profess godliness—with good works.

Our lives as Christian women should be about doing everything we can for the Lord, He gave his own life for us!

There are ways to make modest clothing more comfortable:
1. Wear leggings, bloomers, panty-hose whatever helps keeps your legs from rubbing together.
2. Wear softer materials.
3. Make sure your clothing is loose enough (tight clothing has allows been uncomfortable for me)

So sisters let us remember that in this life we are to strive to do God's will, it may not always be comfortable it may not always be fun, it may not always be what our flesh wants us to do, but in the end it IS what God wants us to do. God bless dear sisters!
