So I have lost a little weight, Unfortunately I don't own a scale (going to buy one soon) But anyway, I think the pictures will help determine my weight lose until then. I have been going on walks everyday and eating nothing but fruits and vegetables. God bless!

Weight Lose Recipe
Cinnamon Fruit Salad
You'll Need:
Sliced Banana's
Sliced Strawberries
Sliced Pears
Handful of grapes
Handful of Pecans
Tsp. Cinnamon powder
Directions:
Wash all fruit. Put all ingredients (except cinnamon powder) in bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and eat.
